Pengus Place Restaurant now hiring

We are looking for one person to join our team as wait staff/ front kitchen ( drinks and salad bar). It is a morning shift on Saturday & Sunday from 9a.m.-2p.m. We are a small (26 seats) family owned restaurant in “old” Magnolia. Pay is higher than average waitstaff pay. Duties include setting up tables like salt, pepper, napkins, etc.,making sure they are clean and sweeping/dusting dining room. Waiting on customers, taking orders, preparing their drinks, salads, some sides, and sauces, serving the food/drinks, busing tables & occasional dish washing. We are looking for someone 18 or older, experience is NOT a must- we are willing to train you. The right person will have a friendly demeanor, clean appearance, and the ability to multi-task. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and lift at least 20lbs. We expect you to learn kitchen etiquette, about our menu and goods, & show up in a timely fashion ready to work!
