Emory Glen County Fair Returns Oct. 3 with Pumpkin Patch and Family Fun

Family-friendly fall fun and a pumpkin patch are sprouting up at Emory Glen just in time for the community’s 4th annual County Fair, noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Alcove Pavilion, 21500 FM Rd. 1488 in Magnolia. The free event is open to the public. Activities will include a stroll through the new pumpkin patch, as well as complimentary popcorn and candy, food trucks, local vendor market, live DJ and lawn games. Children can also enjoy carnival rides, face painters and a balloon artist. Everyone who registers for the event will take home a free pumpkin. In addition to fun, the event also supports the Magnolia Education Foundation, with Emory Glen donating $10 for each attendee with the goal of raising up to $5,000 for the organization.
